We recognise convenient access and parking is important for Holland Park residents and businesses. Parking is provided within a two-level basement car park and includes 163 retail car parks and 121 car parks for apartment residents and visitors.
Dedicated parking for parents, and people with disability is included along with spaces for motorbikes and bike racks.
Proposed access to the Metro store by car is via the intersection of Crump Street and Logan Road.
Pedestrian access to the proposed retail will be at the corner of Logan Road and Crump Street. To make it easy for Holland Park residents to walk and shop, we will upgrade paths and access around our site.
A traffic assessment report will be included in our future Development Application.
