We’re proposing convenient grocery retail at the heart of Holland Park.

Woolworths is the owner of the largely vacant property at 899-905 Logan Road, Holland Park (Corner of Crump Street and Logan Road, Holland Park).

At this site, Woolworths is proposing a mixed-use project comprising ground floor retail including a Woolworths supermarket, with basement parking and upper-level apartments.


Our proposal has received Council approval and we are now progressing into the first phase of the project delivery, with site works.
Woolworths continues to assess the timing of the overall mixed-use proposal. Council approval includes consent to deliver ground floor retail with apartments above.

Site works

The site works includes remediation of an old service station known to have operated on the site up to 1980, after which it was used as a car yard with vehicle maintenance.
