We’re proposing convenient grocery retail at the heart of Holland Park.

Woolworths is planning a Metro store, specialty stores and apartments at the largely vacant site at
905-915 Logan Road, Holland Park.

Our plans are consistent with Council’s planning for this area, which allows for commercial, retail and apartment projects. Our project will contribute to the existing shopping hub, with the Holland Park Hotel, Dan Murphy’s and other retail nearby.

We have now lodged a Development Application with Brisbane City Council following our initial communications and engagement phase. The Development Application can be viewed here
